Your Role
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our social media strategy, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media presence. Your expertise will enhance brand visibility and create connections with our customers across various platforms. Responsibilities include:
- Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
- Develop engaging content tailored to specific platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and drive traffic to the Amazon platform.
- Analyze engagement data to assess campaign performance, and utilize insights to drive future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to ensure alignment both strategically and creatively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across platforms to enhance engagement and foster community.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, creating reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools, such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
